Our Rubber Shock Absorber (Isolator) ıs to provide an uncomplicated solution to controlling vibration and shock, the range of plate mountings provide the answer. Our isolators are designed to protect equipment and machinery from damaging vibration and shock and have an excellent capacity for energy control. Used in applications such as printing presses, road rollers, vibratory feeders, shipping containers, crushers, shaker units and industrial machinery.

A device that reflects and absorbs waves of oscillatory energy, extending from the working gear or an electrical equipment, with the aid of effect of a vibration insulation. Vibration-isolator is established between a body transferring  fluctuations and a body which defend (for example, between the gear and the foundation).

Hydraulic hammers, which are so powerful they are often mounted on tractors, have a compartment of pressurized, non-compressible hydraulic oil. Force is exerted onto this canister, creating an exponential amount of force on all sides of the canister. This force is captured and used to exert tons of pressure.

Hydraulic hammers are used to drive steel rods deep into the ground, drill blasting holes for quarry work, and drive piles for building or fence foundations. Other times, hydraulic hammers are used to break up old buildings, roads or vehicles. The power in the hammer depends on how large the compression chamber is and how much force is exerted on the fluid in the chamber.

Rubber Mounts - Vibration Mounts – Rubber Silent Block

Silent block bush are used in suspension systems in the automotive industry. These Rubber-to-metal bonded parts are fabricated from various polymers such NR, NBR, SBR or POLYURETHANE as per its usage requirement and applications.

Silent Block Bushes are very important components of a construction equipment, and are also known as Silent Block Bushings and Silent Block Rubber Bushes. These bushes are made from premium quality two concentric steel sleeves with rubber that ensures strong design and construction. The rubber is flowed into the gap between two sleeves in order to fill up the void and further vulcanized at constant temperature and pressure. Moreover, the pressure will be added to ensure maximum dynamic strength as well as endurance. 

Upper Shock Absorber - Polyurethane Damper

Within working process of Hydraulic Breaker (Hammer) there is  high vibration oscillation inside of machine. To dampen vibration the Upper and Side Polyurethane Dampers are in binding use. In accordance with specification of Hydraulic Hammer and type of rock we can offer various hardness of Polyurethane Dampers, which are in our manufacturing.

Technical specification of Polyurethane Dampers manufacturing is low pressure, two component structure, casting power of max 10 kg/1min, two tanker of 100 liter capacity, vacuum furnace of 12 m3 capacity. The Polyurethane Dampers for all brands of Hydraulic Breaker (Hammer) is taking place in our production line.
